The steps are as follows@
- Choose a quiet spot
- Sit in a comfortable and balanced position
- Close your Eyes
- Relax your muscles sequentially from head to foot
- Stay aware of your breathing
- Repeat your focus word silently synchronised to your breathing
- Don't worry how you are doing
- Repeat for 10-20 minutes daily
