Remote Viewing

I've been doing remote viewing for a while. I became interested after reading Dr Judith Orloff's book called Second Sight. I cannot believe how easy it was to learn. Dr Orloff has been involved in teams who used remote viewing to find ships that had been shipwrecked.

It refers to ability to gather information on a target that is not seen... therefore hidden from physical site.

Today, when I turned onto Hay House Radio, I see Deborah King has just learned the technique. More and more physicists and medical doctors including Jane Petra are learning and teaching this. Deborah King says it made her realise her connection to the infinite. She talks about Russel Targ, the CIA's programme and the movie "Men Who Stare At Goats" with George Clooney. She discusses how a lot of information in that movie was based on actual facts.

It's especially fascinating to me from a healing perspective and in the field of intuitive medicine and diagnosis. There is an abundance of information on the web, including declassified CIA documents/protocols and free video lessons.

To me personally, it opens up one's mind to how we are actually unlimited beings and connection is not limited to the physical world/means. When doing remote viewing, one learns about our physical and non-physical nature.... in RV we refer to this as locality and nonlocality and that we are nonlocal beings. If you read Russel Targ's books you will come to realise how this has a direct correlation to what great yogis and buddhas and other spiritual teachers have been saying from time immemorial.

My favourite author in the field of remote viewing is Russel Targ. I also love the interview by Coast to Coast with Ingo Swann on You Tube.

Heart's Desire

As good things come to an end... we need to do what we can to continue to reap the benefits... expanding the joy it brought us in this time-space reality.

Yes, Healing with the masters, free podcasts of 12 weeks with the most exciting speakers is over. My favourite was sonia Choquette and her exercises on intuition and following your Heart's Desire. I still have a link to this podcast, give it a try before it is deactivated.

I have used this exercise with clients, they love it so much they have now embraced it in their daily practices. The message is to always trust your intuition. Work on your heart's desire and embrace your creative power. Put your hand on your heart and ask yourself... "if I weren't afraid, I would...."

She discusses how intuition should be the first sense. Sonia also explains the importance of a paradigm shift... knowing that you are the creator in your experience. Her conversation is so current regarding consciousness shift, what to focus your attention on and the collective consciousness.

Mind Magic

Your words have power. Author of Mind Magic, Yvonne Oswald provides wonderful and transformative exercises. Listen to her uplifting and power packed interview on itunes. (conversations to enlighten and heal -K G Stiles)

Enter your Alpha State and be guided through an anchoring exercise to switch you into more positive experiences. This exercise can be found in the interview as well as on her website.

She discusses great law of attraction tips too.

Summary
In this exercise, your learn how to anchor a positive state which I call your resourceful and generative state. Place the forefinger of the one hand on a knuckle of the other. Once the positive feeling is enhanced you release this anchor.

you then look down and access a feeling (word) you wish to release.

You then re-active the anchor.

Abstract:
Preparation:
Know how to go into the Alpha state, as in Mind Magic Three.

Mind Magic Three (Review)
As you sit comfortably, with your back straight, face forward with your chin slightly up and raise your eyes to ceiling level. Find a place where the ceiling meets the wall and simply stare at a spot. Now become aware of what’s to your right and what’s to your left, while keeping your eyes and head in the same place, aware of what’s in your peripheral vision. Become aware of the nice, relaxed feeling you get when you do this.

Eight Ways to Increase Your Positive Energy

I have found this powerful blog by Dr Judith Orloff, who is a psychiatrist and intuitive empath.

She offers an amazing amount of resources on meditation and yes, staying centred around others who "drain your energy".

Read her 8 ways to increase your positive energy. There are exercises that take only 3 minutes and you can centre and ground yourself in a busy day. she also offers 4 tips to be in the NOW. Follow the link to connect to free videos on these subjects and more.

Here is a sample from her site of the 4th tip to be in the NOW.
Tip #4. Repeat A Mantra
A mantra is a sacred word or phrase that can cue you to return to the Now. One translation is “that which protects one from negative energy.” In Tibetan Buddhism, a mantra is passed from teacher to student. It’s either recited inwardly or aloud, a way to focus during meditation or during chaos. So, in the chaos of your world a special mantra can retrieve you. It could be ohm or shalom for peace, the Beatles song “Let It Be.” Mine is “I am that I am that I am that I am...” Choose one that appears to you.

How to meditate

I found this wonderful article on "How to Meditate" by Joan Borysenko on her site.

This is an exerpt from her book "Minding the body, Mending the Mind".

The steps are as follows@
  1. Choose a quiet spot
  2. Sit in a comfortable and balanced position
  3. Close your Eyes
  4. Relax your muscles sequentially from head to foot
  5. Stay aware of your breathing
  6. Repeat your focus word silently synchronised to your breathing
  7. Don't worry how you are doing
  8. Repeat for 10-20 minutes daily
Suggestions for a focus word could be "clarity"

Heart's Desire

A great one-hour focusing process to create and evolve a heart's desire metaphor. Fantastic also is Sonia's metaphor on believing eyes.

Check out

Many podcasts with Sonia Choquette on putting heart into your life and trusting your vibes can be found on Hayhouse radio and itunes (empowered living with Steve Maroboli)

Instructions on Focus Wheel Process

There are many FAQ clients ask. I am putting this video clip here where Jerry Hicks reads from Ask and it is Given on how to do the focus wheel, when you might choose to do it, and so on. There are many resources on YouTube, the best to date are obviously those taken directly from the originators of this process.

Again, one can see great correlation between this and processes done in NLP.

Focus Wheel on Money

The focus wheel is a tool to help you repattern your thoughts on different parts of your life... relationships, partnerships, money and so much more.

Here is a video of Esther (Abraham-Hicks) coaching a man to think in a more empowering way about money.

Focus on Relationships - 2

This is the second video showing how to attract better in relationships. The process/tool used is a focus wheel which in my perception and experience is the most powerful of the Abraham Hicks tools.

All the better too because one can combine and strengthen this process with processes used from NLP and any others that work.

Focusing on Relationships - 1

I have found a great tool to help one attract better in one's relationships. Here is part one... thanks to Abraham-Hicks
